How it works

1. Start a game. Pick a puzzle (or play the puzzle of the day), type your name and make a PIN for this game.
2. Invite your friends. Share the game link or the 10 digit game code. Everyone fills the same grid, each in their own colour, on a phone or a computer.
3. Solve it together. Open a clue, type your answer into the grid, and put back an earlier answer if somebody changed it. When everybody is ready the answers are revealed and the scores added up.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Players only need a name and a PIN for each game. Only people who make puzzles sign in.

What is the PIN for?

It lets you come back to the same game, on any device, with your own colour and answers. It is stored scrambled on the server and used for nothing else.

How do I get my friends into the game?

Press Invite in the game and send them the link. Or tell them the 10 digit game code and ask them to choose "Join an existing game".

When do I see the right answers?

When every player has asked for it (or the player who started the game decides), the answers are revealed, wrong letters are marked and the scores are added up. After that the game is read-only.
